2 Minutes or Less: Resolutions that ANYONE can commit to!

All of these daily habits will take 2 minutes or less. And we all have 2 minutes to invest in our best self. Start with just ONE or pick a few to start NOW!

  • Make your bed daily

  • Lay out your clothes the night before

  • Fill up a water bottle every night for the next day

  • Take your vitamins

  • Wipe down kitchen counters every night or morning

  • Read a daily devotional or daily inspo

  • Dance it out to one song

  • Stretch for 2 minutes

  • Practice intentional breathing for 2 minute make your own coffee in the morning

  • Apply a moisturizer with spf to hands and face

  • Write down 5 things you’re grateful for

  • Eat breakfast (yogurt, toast, protein shake or bar)
