Take your vitamins
Wipe down kitchen counters every night or morning
Read a daily devotional or daily inspo
Dance it out to one song
Stretch for 2 minutes
Practice intentional breathing for 2 minute make your own coffee in the morning
Apply a moisturizer with spf to hands and face
Write down 5 things you’re grateful for
Eat breakfast (yogurt, toast, protein shake or bar)
