Autumn Journal Prompts

Journaling is a great way to free your mind and calm anxiety. But sometimes, it can be hard to get started. Grab a cup of coffee or tea and get cozy. Here a few journal prompts to help!

  • Write down how each of your 5 senses experience the Fall season.

What's something you might see? Smell? Taste? Hear? Feel?

  • Describe your idea of the perfect fall day.

  • List the best things that have happened to you so far this year.

  • Journal about something that's worrying you right now. Don't censor yourself.

  • Simply list words that make you think of the fall season.

  • What do you need more of in your life? Less of?

  • What fall traditions do you still keep from your childhood? Which new traditions have you started or do you want to start?
