Big Mac (in a bowl) LOW carb, LOW cal, HIGH protein!

My trainer sent me the idea for this! I made it last night and it was a hit! Plus it was ridiculously easy. Your kids and your man will LOVE this...and you can feel good about it too!

1lb ground beef

(needs to be 98% or 99% lean, otherwise you will load up on fat)

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

( I keep both of these in my pantry at all times and use them almost daily)

2-3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce

Shredded iceberg lettuce

Dill Pickles sliced

1 oz reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons red or white onion

1 roma tomato diced

1 tablespoon of LITE thousand island salad dressing

(I buy my tomatoes and onions pre diced to make my life easy, this will also cut down on mess and prep time AND you can use them throughout the week for other meals) You can normally find them in the produce but ask someone if you cant find them, trust me, you'll love me forever.

Literally, all you do is brown you ground beef, season it with the garlic and onion powder and Worcestershire sauce, then add it with everything else in a bowl! DONE!
