Destress In 5 Minutes

Seldom do we have a spare 30 minutes for a full meditation or intense yoga practice to help wind down when stress rears its ugly head. But this practice can be done in 5 minutes from your car, at your desk or even in the bathroom stall...


  1. Unclench your jaw & drop your shoulders

  2. Breathe in and count to ten, breath out and count down from ten

  3. Draw small circles with your neck clockwise 3x, then counterclockwise

  4. Take notice of 2 things you can see, 2 things you can feel and 2 things you can smell

  5. Mentally focus on one thing you are grateful for
