In a large casserole dish layer the following in this order: one bag of spinach
one whole carton of eggs whites
one pack of turkey sausage (chopped into smaller pieces)
one bell pepper chopped
one bag of low fat shredded cheese of your choice
bake for 20 minutes on 400 degrees
let cool and cut into 6 large pieces
optional: add cherry or grape tomatoes on top
Keep refrigerated and warm up in the morning for a filling, low carb, low calorie, low fat, high protein breakfast!
