Italian Pasta Salad

This pasta salad is my staple dish for any event. It's always a hit and makes for great leftovers too!

What you'll need : (I get everything from Aldi and it costs under $30 for a portion that serves 20 people!)

1 English cucumber

1 bell pepper (any color, but I prefer orange)

Bite Size Dry Salami

Feta Cheese

Mozzarella Cheese (you can used shredded but I prefer the balls in marinade)

Zesty Italian Dressing (one bottle)

2 Boxes of Rotini pasta (you can use bowties too!)

Cherry Tomatoes (7-10)


The rest is easy! While you're cooking your pasta, dice up all of the other ingredients.

After straining your cooked pasta, let it cool completely (if you're in a pinch, you can use cold water to cool it down and then toss it in the fridge for 10 minutes)

After it's cooled, add all of your other ingredients and the full bottle of dressing.

Let chill for 20-30 min in the fridge before serving! Enjoy!
