Another super low cal, high protein dinner! Super easy and CHEAP to make AND save leftovers! WINNING!
You will need a spiralizer (cheap at Walmart)
1 pound ground turkey
1 Jar of Classico pasta sauce (I used tomato & basil flavor)
3 zucchinis
minced garlic
onion powder
olive oil
parmesan
salt & pepper
sugar
Preheat over to 350 (you'll use it later)
Brown your ground turkey with a dash of olive oil in a skillet, season with garlic powder and salt and pepper.
In a large pot, mix your pasta sauce, throw in a handful of sugar, 2 tablespoons of garlic (or more to taste) dice and add one whole zuchinni to the pasta sauce keep on low/medium heat. Add seasoned ground turkey when browned.
Spiralize your other 2 zucchinis, use a paper towel to press them and soak up the extra moisture. Salt the zoodles and pop them in the over for 10 minutes to dehydrate them a bit. Now, sauté them on medium heat the same skillet you used for your ground turkey. Cook until they brown a little on the edges. 3-4 minutes.
In a bowl, top your sauce with your zoodles and sprinkle with parmesan!
YUM AND DONE!
